Abstract :
Gas fuel net-work system is one kind of urban infrastructure which is very important to urban safety. At the same time, it is a potential hazardous source for the reason that people and properties around the system are subject to the risk from it. Risk management for this system is used to prevent these undesired events and improve the safety level of this system. In this paper, pipeline failure probability, accidents consequence mainly jet fire and explosion, risk criteria and risk control measures were analyzed respectively, these research can offer some useful suggestions to pipeline construction plan and pipeline accidents´ rescue and evacuation.
