Abstract
In the present study, the developing history of enterprise technology innovation was briefly described and analyzed. The risk factors of enterprise technology innovation and the risk control solutions in the process of enterprise technology innovation were briefly summarized. Taking the bankruptcy of Enron Company as example, the achievements of Enron Company in enterprise technology innovation and the reason for the final bankruptcy were presented.
