  • Abstract
    We develop an optical packet and circuit integrated ring network testbed with polarization-independent 4×4 optical switches and gain-controlled optical amplifiers. We demonstrate error-free (frame-error-rate <;1E-8) 66-km transmission and switching of 100-Gbps optical packets and 14-wavelength-paths.
