Abstract :
Facing the increasingly frequent emergencies, how to establish the coping mechanisms and management strategies of supply chain system has been becoming an important problem to be solved urgently. In this paper, the system analysis method was used to study the five aspects of supply chain risk, such as supply risk, demand risk, market risk, production risk and the conventional risk caused by emergencies. The analysis framework of supply chain risk towards emergencies was proposed and the risk events affecting the emergency supply chain was analyzed. At last, the key factors were recognized and the index system of supply chain risk towards emergencies was build. This research would lay a foundation for quantitative analysis of risk assessment on emergency supply chain and provide a new perspective.
