Index System of Culture Risk in Chinese Cross-Board M & A Enterprises

The study aims at improving the consciousnesses and ability for the Chinese enterprises to identify and control culture risks in their cross-board M & A corporations. The paper analyzed the characters of culture risks in cross-board M&A enterprises, identified the factors of culture risks in Chinese oversea M & A enterprises, and established the index system of culture risks for Chinese M & A enterprises through formatting the principles for index system establishment and sorting out the resources and levels of culture risks in Chinese cross-border M&A enterprises.
