Abstract
Analog techniques for linearizing RF power amplifiers that are suitable for use in integrated transmitters are discussed. The techniques include feedforward compensation, RF error feedback, and adaptive analog predistortion. It is shown that these methods can be combined to improve distortion cancellation performance.
