  • Abstract
In order to improve the field plant protection machinery mechanization, one kind of small suspended-type boom spraying machine was designed, which was mated for the 14-20kW tractor. It is mainly comprised of main frame, trusses, solution box, teat pipette, spray booms and sprayers. There were one middle truss and two side trusses, which could be folded and convenience for transportation. In order to simplify the structure and reduce the consumption of energy, a group of pulleys was used to control the lift of the holder, and it also could adjust the height of spraying. Some high-pressure solution which was from the teat pipette flew into the solution box directly, making the liquids mixed uniformly. Using AG110-05 flat fan sprayer reduces drop leak and environmental pollution. The experiment shows that this kind of small boom spraying machine sprays evenly and reduces drop leak well. The volume and width of spraying, as well as the size of fog-drop, can meet the demands of the field plant protection.
