  • Abstract
    For the market demands of reverse quickly on glazed tile production line, the reverse system´s technical requirements are proposed, the system project is proposed based on motion-stress analysis, using rack and pinion machines to achieve the 180° horizontal reverse of mechanical hand; the transposition bridge is designed to achieve a mechanical hand lift and lower the return movement based on the transposition of the railway principles, the application of the magnetic damping of permanent magnets can improve the stability of system effectively, using PLC to achieve the precise movement control, the trial and prototype plant applications show that this auto-reverse system is stable, simple and reliable stable in operation for glazed tiles production line, achieving the desired effect, it can be popularized widely.
