Abstract :
This paper presents a novel method for the wideband modeling of H-plane waveguide components, which include dielectric obstacles. Both the planar component and the dielectric obstacles have an arbitrary shape. This method is based on the combination of the segmentation technique and the Boundary Integral-Resonant Mode Expansion (BI-RME) method. Two examples show the effectiveness of the method.
