Abstract :
Interdisciplinary teachers´ co-teaching is required for cultivating international-oriented talents on modern Chinese medicine. The cooperation motive of clinical teachers is to make good use of a foreign language and culture, increase the class hours so as to improve their language skills. Foreign language teachers´ motive lies in getting access to scientific research projects, developing teaching ideas, and increasing the class hours. The students´ satisfaction, supervisors´ evaluation, time length on lesson preparation, class hours and so on are the index of evaluation on interdisciplinary co-teaching. Applying the AHP method and entropy Method in the evaluation will help the administrative staff to better grasp the situation of the teaching group, help teachers to carry on good communication, and help students to master the cross-cultural communication skills well, which is an effective way to improve teaching.
