Abstract :
Industrial clusters provide ecological system for entrepreneurs to grow and the latter tend to agglomerate. However the influence of industrial cluster on entrepreneur´s behavior in different stages of clusters is rarely studied. We argue the clusters can entrepreneurs´ behavior in different stage of development of stage and entrepreneurs tend to agglomerate through learning mechanism. The relation of development stages of clusters and entrepreneurs´ choice is discussed.
