Abstract :
Currently, the knowledge management system (KMS) is used by many enterprises. However, the most studies focus on the details of technology, instead of management mode. In this paper, aiming at the existing problem in the traditional knowledge management system (KMS), a new KMS framework based on user innovation is put forward, which employs modular ontology technology and knowledge reusing technology, then the new demands for information management department in the future is pointed out.
