On Analysis of Brittleness and Toughness of Business´s Organization

It is common that they go bankruptcy because of a little disturbance emerged in the business inside and outside. It is found that main reasons are the business organization itself has brittleness though analyzing. Brittleness and toughness of the business organization refers to the ability to resist the attack shown after the business affected by the external environmental changes, and are the basic properties of the business organization, the former will lead to the business to breakdown, the latter will make the business develop in a higher level, the two are opposite and supplementary to each. The article deeply analyzes the nature of the business organization´s brittleness, differences, reasons formed, as well as measurement. Finally, the article suggests the business should strengthen prevention and treatment in order to minimize the occurrence of the business organization´s brittleness and increase their toughness.
