Abstract :
Firstly, the author has analyzed some relative papers of Jianmin Jia, Allen N. Berger, Xiao-jun Shi and Robert Culla, etc, and found out mistakes existing in these papers. On the basis, the author has conducted an empirical study on influencing factors of Trade Credit Risk management performance by using the method of Factor Analysis and Pearson Correlation Analysis. Research shows: key influencing factors are "setting credit risk management Functions", "assessing credit of client" and "drawing up credit policy", enterprises should take efforts to improve management performance from above three aspects.
