This article explored the knowledge conflict´ effect mechanism on team creativity. The result indicated that Knowledge conflict would promote innovation through facilitating external communication, and would restrain innovation through blocking inner communication. knowledge diversity and social integration would moderate the process. When the degree of knowledge diversity and social integration increases, the suppression of knowledge conflict on internal communication will be strengthened.
