Study on Corporate Patent Early Warning Mechanism

As the request of building innovation-oriented country and the background of national intellectual property strategy, intellectual property rights play a greater role in the economy. What this paper do is to build corporate own patent early warning system, including the system´s organization institution, operational subsystem, patent early warning indicators. Through corporate patent early warning mechanism, the decision maker of company can cope with patent crisis better than before.
