  • Abstract
This paper analyzes the characteristics and methods suitable for the Northwest Water Resources Carrying Capacity on the basis of the evaluation method of urban water resources carrying capacity and the context of the ecological economic system. Taking northwest territories Zhangjiachuan Hui Autonomous County as an example, this paper also makes evaluation and analysis of bearing capacity of multi-impact factor in multi-index comprehensive evaluation method and comprehensive evaluation model. Since land and water resources will soon become Zhangjiachuan County economic development constraints, this paper proposes the ascension of the water resources carrying capacity optimization measures to ensure that cities have the capacity for sustainable development.
