Abstract
A computer assisted method for robust stabilization of uncertain systems by state feedback is presented. The method depends on preserving linear dependence of the closed loop polynomial coefficients on the uncertain parameters and on the feedback elements. This results in a bilinear polynomial dependence problem which is solved using the Edge Theorem. The admissible set of the robust stabilizing compensators is determined first. From that set a feedback law which satisfies a desirable criterion such as pole placement is then chosen
