Abstract :
This paper presents a new paradigm to the post-implementation evaluation of computer systems. Drawing from the philosophy of the socio-technical approach, the method we describe is context sensitive and provides useful feedback to stakeholders, We suggest this is a viable “soft” alternative to monitoring and modelling in environments that are unstructured and user-centered
