Abstract
We present measurements of a 2,2% narrow band four pole elliptic filter with 7 dB insertion loss and a passband return loss better than 12 dB at 36,71 GHz designed with novel dual mode planar. We will discuss how to improve electrical performance. Moreover a new topology of a four pole micromachined elliptic filter is presented with 3,8% band, 1,3 dB insertion loss and a passband return loss better than 17 dB at 89 GHz.
