On Conversion and Management of Tacit Knowledge in EKM Based on the Incentive Mechanism-Buildings

One characteristic of the knowledge -based economy era is that knowledge has become the real and key power of development. In this era, while the enterprises are still strengthening management of the explicit knowledge, actually the tacit knowledge has become a significant and difficult problem which is more challenging in knowledge management. Due to the characteristics like individuality, strong inertia and so on, conversion of the tacit knowledge into the explicit knowledge is full of challenge. In view of the situation, this paper will provide several appropriate suggestions from the perspective of the incentive mechanism-buildings.
