Abstract
The aim of this study was to apply both correlation analysis and variance analysis carried out by statistical analysis software SPSS 18.0 to analyze a questionnaire which could be used to measure the state of preschool teachers´ emotional labor and study its influencing factors. Results showed that the retest reliability and Cronbach´α reliability of the questionnaire were 0.86 and 0.89 respectively, which completely met the psychometric requirements. Result also suggested that the overall level of preschool teachers´ emotional labor was high, and that the level of the deep behavior was higher than that of the surface behavior. In addition, results indicated that there were no significant differences in age, marriage and degree condition variables. While there were significant influences in seniority, the nature of kindergartens and Position variables.
