This paper conduct a comprehensive analysis of the scale, structure, development characteristics of cultural industries in Hebei Province and the industry´s status in the country, put forward the following countermeasures: To promote cultural industries with the system reform of cultural industry, to build a solid support with the effective development of cultural resources, to provide the impetus with technological and cultural innovation, to provide intellectual guarantee with the cultivation of human resources, etc.
