Abstract :
With the rapid development of global economy integration, the competition among enterprises is more and more intensive, the indication of which is that the competition of capital has gradually transferred to that of technology with the purpose transferred from purely pursuit of high quality, low price products to new products, procedures of independent intellectual property. Under the new economic circumstance, the operation of knowledge-intensive enterprises changes fundamentally and technological innovations and new product development dominate. Therefore, protecting intellectual property is more and more important in the operation and management. Whether the enterprise can effectively protect, manage and use intellectual property will directly affect the existence and development of the enterprise.
