Abstract :
The wireless transmission channel is affected due to the effects of rain attenuation and receiver interference, thus making the China Meteorological Administration Satellite Broadcast System (CMACast) cannot receive the entire data from the main station. In order to better protect the integrity of satellite data reception, the missing data download platform (MDDP) is established. Based on the ground, broadband networks and the interaction between national client server and provincial client server providing the download missing data service for the provincial satellite broadcast, the MDDP accomplishes the integrity of missing data automatic download request, response, and download. Since the MDDP launched, the quality of download missing data service in every provinces has been increased, thus generally satisfying the basic needs of download missing data from the sub-station.
