Abstract :
Developed the new production method of the small-sized lens with the excellent characteristic of the mold lens process. The NA0.65 lens with the effective diameter of 0.221 mm was successfully fabricated. It was confirmed that this production method is suitable for a small diameter lens. Furthermore this method can be applied to higher numerical aperture lenses, and makes it possible to manufacture a number of lenses simultaneously.
