Abstract :
In this paper, we report experimental results of the dual layer disk using the limit equalizer and on-groove recording method. In order to prepare the dual layer disk, we have developed new replication process for intermediate layer of the dual layer disk using a plastic stamper, which does not bond to photo-polymer adhesive.
