Abstract
Task Migration concept is used to rise above the overloading problem, with load balancing among nodes of the Distributed System. There are various strategies suggested by many researchers for the task migration. For the advanced organization of tasks, one more strategy with task duplication has been proposed here. We try to minimize the chances of overloading, while devising a task management strategy. The concept in this paper is precautious load balancing before, on or while facing execution overload. A local heuristic for optimal management between migration and duplication of task can lead to better solution of the above said problem. This paper explains some basic calculations to decide the local migration or removal of overloaded task.
