Abstract :
Dust generated in coal production brings a great potential hazard to safe production and the health of production workers. According to requirements of the system for water supply, this paper designs a downhole high-pressure dust reduction and water supply system monitor device based on PIC18F4580 singlechip, including realtime monitoring of water tank level of water supply system, water outlet pressure and running state, system protection. And the information mentioned above is uploaded to upper monitor host via CAN bus. Experiment result shows the monitoring device meets design requirements so as to guarantee safe running, realtime monitoring of high-pressure dust reduction and water supply system.
