Abstract
In this paper we propose a quasi-3D semi-monolithic design approach upon which 2-way and 8-way quasi-3D power dividers are implemented utilising Low Temperature Cofired Ceramic (LTCC) multilayer technology. Semi-lumped 3D circuit techniques and 2-level integration approaches are demonstrated using such technology to effect small size and enable low cost specifically aimed at the low microwave frequencies. Both simulated and measured results are presented.
