Abstract :
With the propagation of mobile internet and e-payment systems are a part of this vivid online booking ecosystem and have to deploy to new realms, new forms of electronic transaction usage and new online marketing channels. The online travel sales worldwide have increased in double digit every years and the online booking market reached the scale of $374 billion USD in 2012. Hotel industry is developing new ways of accomplishing their missions by leveraging the power of information and applying network-centric concepts. This research is applied the concept of online information monitoring for utilize hotel occupancy rate. The empirical findings reveal a lost opportunity during online booking process that is the most important in developing effective occupancy distribution of budget hotel chain. The findings also indicate an appropriate algorithm of intelligent recursive method (IRM) that helps customers design about the new hotel choices if intended booking hotel is already full booking.
