Abstract

Emergency is a multi-stages, multi-layered process, involving the complex emergency supplies and resources, which lead the goal to dynamic changes and non-controllable, such as material, information and etc. This paper brings 6Sigma into management of emergency project. First, it analyzes the basic principle of 6Sigma. Then, it explains process management of emergency project. Finally, it puts forward DMAIC model of process management of emergency project. DMAIC model is an advanced management pattern of multi-stages, continuing improvement and circulated ascending, which has provided the basis for the implementation of process quality control.
