Abstract :
This paper combines fuzzy mathematics method with the analysis of hierarchy process, developing the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on hierarchical analysis, and applying this method to the assessment of leaguer´s core competence in dynamic union in project construction. The result demonstrates that this method better reflects the fuzziness of core competence´s classification boundaries, effectively solves the distribution of weight, so that evaluation conclusions are more reasonable and reliable. In consequence, it is a valuable method applied to core competence in construction enterprises comprehensive evaluation, and it is also a useful approach in choosing partner enterprises to set up the dynamic alliance.
