Challenges and Solutions to China Communist Youth League´s Construction of Hub-Type Social Organization

Organization of China Communist Youth League(hereafter refereed to as CCCYL) can better play the role of political bridge, business aggregation leader and intensive service management if built to be a hub-type social organization. This paper beginning from analysis of the political, organizational, talent advantages of CCYL in its construction of hub-type social organization, focuses on analysis of the existing problems of construction; explores the principles and solutions, useful methods and channels of construction in the new era background. It proposes that the important approaches of CCYL´s construction of hub-type social organization are to improve the service ability of CCYL, better play the role of major carrier, well control four points: voluntary service, public welfare undertakings, starting a career and getting a job, growing up and becoming talent.
