Abstract :
Based on utilization conditions of water resources, this paper analyzed the carrying capacity of agricultural water resources in Fuxin city by applying fuzzy synthetic evaluation model. Results showed that the development of agricultural water resources tended to reach saturation in Fuxin City in 2008. In order to realize sustainable utilization of agricultural water resources and water resources as a whole, we should focus on two aspects: on one hand we should adopt water-saving irrigation technology to improve utilization efficiency of agricultural water. On the other hand, we should optimize agricultural planting structure and raise the proportion of low water-consumption crops.
