Abstract
The design of withstanding voltage tester based on CPLD technology was introduced in this article. It is used for dielectric voltage withstand testing of magnetic wire products in system. The CPLD and A/D converter are applied in this system to collect and convert waveform data and deal with the data via CPU. The device can test single product and also be used in pipeline to detect it´s high reliability, and this can be widely used in all kinds of withstand voltage test situation, such as electrical equipment manufacturing industry, etc.
