  • Abstract
    The traditional network drawing method is limited to artificial drawing and artificial experience etc. Aimed at these problems exist in construction schedule management, network planning software is the key to improve the design efficiency and management of the project. In this research, the principle of network planning technique, drawing methods of bar chart and network graph, the characteristics of bar plan and network plan and the calculation of network plan time parameters were introduced. Taking the South-to-North Water Diversion Project in Tianjin Segment as an example, the network chart was drawn. The finished network chart provided a scientific and effective method for the management and decision-making associated with the construction. The network planning programming in Interbasin Water Transfer Project is of characteristics of system, controllability and dynamic.
