Abstract :
According to the theories and methods of business model, an improved framework of business model is designed on the basis of Osterwalder´s business model ontology and Faber´s SOFT business model. Service support network, products/services, customers and finance consist of the business model. Based on this framework, combined with the characteristics of mobile commerce, the business model of mobile commerce is designed and the operating process of mobile commerce is analyzed. According to the theory that the customers are the core of service industry, we deduce the actors in the mobile commerce value network are customers to each other, so the value network is come into being. Then we proposed an integrated value network system of mobile commerce which is made up of three-layers- integrated business platform, mobile commerce supporting system and mobile commerce integrated ecosystem system.
