Dynamic evaluation on science research capacity of national defense universities with characteristic of stimulation based on the niche theory

The paper conducts a research on science research capability of national defense university based on the niche theory, in which an evaluation index system and dynamic evaluation model with the characteristic of stimulation of science research capability of national defense university is constructed. Then, a case is pulled into to illustrate the feasibility of the methodology from the empirical perspective. In the end, it analyzes the values of evaluation indexes and the growth rates of evaluation index values comparatively to find out the reasons of changes on evaluation values. This study is expected to be helpful for national defense universities to cultivate their science research capability.
