Author_Institution :

Abstract :
Recent advances in attosecond pulse generation have led to a study of light-matter interactions on unprecedently short time scales. This paper discusses several strong field nonlinear optical processes for attosecond pulses with duration shorter than the Bohr period of an atomic electron.
