Abstract :
Presents a method for determining the exact packet error probability in a time-slotted asynchronous frequency-hopped spread spectrum multiple access (FH-SSMA) communication system employing an integer multiple of hop intervals as guard time. It is shown that the guard time can result in packet error probabilities which are significantly different from those given in previous papers
