Abstract :
Fore passed literature of TPL CSD are not perfect due to ignore the impact of the relationship between the measures of CSD and the measures of TPL cost, by introducing the concept of Service Cost Relation (SCR), transferred the voice of customer (VoC) to the Service Costs (SCs) which is concerned by provider of logistic service. Based on the stated cost budget, customer requirements (CRs) drives all process of logistic service design in SCR. With this model, every SCs has a target value and satisfy level, and more than one solution can be obtained for TPL under different possibility levels in order to satisfy the design budget.
