Abstract :
During the course of wet rare earths metallurgy, the pH value not only effects the leaching quantity and leaching yield of the Rare earths calcine, but also restricts the output and the quality of subsequent working procedure This paper proposes a kind of fuzzy parameter self-tuning PID control algorithm for leaching of rare earth of automatic control to improve control performance. By pH value in the leaching process of the dynamic response and disturbance performance simulation analysis, the results show that compared with PID control algorithms, fuzzy parameter self-tuning PID control algorithms has better superiority in results.
