Abstract :
This paper presents a LonWorks based energy conservation scheme. In this scheme a three levels network low power consumption system is built to manage the devices in a building or near-by buildings. Through detecting the power consumption of the electric equipment, system turn off the power connect to the equipment when the equipment get into the standby state to save energy. Equipments in the field are grouped according to their distribution to facilitate the management and reduce the system power consumption. The bigger the number of the equipments in the system is, the more energy will be saved.
