Abstract :
The relation between work-family conflict (WFC) and job satisfaction was examined using a six-dimensional measure of WFC and a nine-facets measure of job satisfaction. Data were collected from 166 frontline employees in a manufacturing company in China. The results supported the negative correlation between WFC and job satisfaction. And the relation between WFC dimensions and facets of job satisfaction provided a finer-grained understanding of the relationship between them.
