Abstract :
Based on the review of the traditional methods for evaluating bids in project, this paper analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of four types of traditional evaluation methods. From this, detailed the principles and specific steps of the project bids evaluation model, which is based on the victor angle cosine model. On the basis of these, used the numerical example to analyze, showing that this method is simple, reliable, and is an effective model for evaluating bids.
