Abstract
An original method, based on distribution theory, is presented in this paper for analyzing identifiability of some nonlinear models. Then, it is shown how this analysis can be used for a parameter estimation. Our purpose is supported by examples and an application in the pharmacokinetic domain, and some comparisons with other methods are done.
