Abstract :
A new detection solution was put forward to solve the problem of the rotor unbalance detection on the single-pivot point framed dynamic balancing machine. The detection principle was discussed and the design schemes of software and hardware of the system were proposed. Related parameters were selected for the rotor which is no more than 5Kg and whose working speed is not high. The application results show that the proposed system can meet the use requirements, that is, has the feature of higher detection accuracy, as well as convenient operation and low cost.
