Abstract :
The Boots Company plc are currently developing an integrated digital network supported by digital PABXs capable of meeting the requirements of the business both present and future. The purpose of this paper is to outline the requirements of the business and how regulatory and technological changes impact upon their provision. It concludes by suggesting how these requirements may develop and how corporations should best position themselves to take maximum benefit in the future
