Study on Knowledge Integration of Complex Product Development Team

Member of Complex product development team usually come from different unit, use different language, and have different culture background, which not only obstacle knowledge communication, but also increase the difficulty of knowledge integration among team members, so how to promote knowledge integration in the complex product development is worth studying. This paper discusses the knowledge integration characteristics of complex product development team from two aspect, then using evolving game theory, knowledge integration model is put forward, and several conclusion are gained from analyzing the model, at last, knowledge integration polices of complex product development team are analyzed, which are strengthening effective communication, establishing trust based culture, and designing appropriate incentive mechanism.
